Who or what was the war about?

The Hundred Years' War was about the French not wanting Edward III to rule their land. The war was a s

stuggle between the English people and the French people. It was also about some issues of ruling land. There was this one place called Bordeaux. It was a great place for growing wine and for farming so both of the countries wanted control of the land. The war mostly about the throne of Frace though. Also there was alot of other battles like the Battle of Sluys. Which was one of the many battles that were in the time perod of the Hundred Years' War.
